To All of Our Wonderful IRSCO Clients

My business partner, Joan Swillinger, and I have thoroughly enjoyed providing a variety of services for all of you for the past 30 years. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to do so.

On 25 July 2016 Joan lost her battle with lymphoma that she had waged for more than five (5) years. She took her best shot, but cancer and kidney failure overwhelmed her.

We were a great team and convincingly validated the observation that the “whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Not wishing to press on without Joan, I have elected to shut down IRSCO after more than three (3) decades of service.

For those of you for whom we have provided service during the past three (3) years, please be assured that we will validate our commitment to retain your file for three (3) years (i.e., 15 August 2019) and will respond to service requests if you will contact me at my professional email account (drrussmauch@gmail.com) or my cell phone (214-801-4656).

For those of you for whom we have provided service more than three (3) years ago, I will retain the hard copy in dead storage for three (3) years (i.e., 15 August 2019). I will also retain the soft copies of all files for the same period of time. Thereafter, I will have all of the files shredded to protect your confidential information.

And finally, for those of you who have outstanding invoices, you get a pass. I will not reach out to you for payment and will recognize that doing the right thing and paying for services you have received is not necessarily a universal commitment. That being said, what I would suggest is that you take the money you owed us and pay it forward to someone (or maybe several someones) in your life who have a financial need so that you can do something positive with your debt to us. Joan would enjoy that, and I am committed to following her example.

So there you have it.

We love all of you (yes, even those of you who owe us money) who have allowed us to enter your lives and provide a service. You have helped us grow as a company, you have helped us to grow as people, and you have helped us grow in our understanding that giving really IS more blessed than receiving.

On behalf of Joan and myself, we wish all of you the absolute best of everything in your life and your career, we wish the best of everything for you and your family, and we sincerely thank you for sharing a portion of your life with us.

Bon chance.

Russ Mauch, Ph.D.
